Ubisoft has officially teased its next major crossover for Rainbow Six Siege, and this time it’s teaming up with none other than Borderlands — the iconic looter-shooter franchise known for its over-the-top characters and cel-shaded visuals.
The teaser, posted on July 11th via the official Rainbow Six Siege X account, gave fans a first look at a Borderlands-themed skin inspired by the Psycho Bandit — one of the franchise’s most recognizable characters.
The teaser also showcased stylized weapon skins that capture the comic book-style visuals Borderlands is famous for, along with a brief clip of what appears to be a new MVP animation.
This marks the first major brand collaboration since Siege rolled out its “Siege X” update — a sweeping overhaul that introduced improved visuals, audio upgrades, and new gameplay features like round-based operator bans.
Ubisoft confirmed that more information about the Rainbow Six Siege x Borderlands collaboration will be revealed on July 15th, 2025. While the full scope of the crossover is still under wraps, fans can expect themed cosmetics and possibly more content tied to the Borderlands universe.
