Ex-Falcons Boss Appointed COO of NIP Group’s Esports Division

sports holding company NIP Group has announced the appointment of Grant Rousseau as Chief Operating Officer for its esports division.

In this role, Rousseau will partner closely with Co‑CEOs Hicham Chahine and Mario Ho to lead both competitive and operational growth across NIP’s global esports teams.

Before joining NIP, Rousseau spent two years as Global Director of Esports at Team Falcons, where he helped guide the organization to two Esports World Cup titles and expanded its footprint across more than 20 competitive titles.

With this move, Rousseau takes charge of leading performance, global operations, and strategic expansion of NIP’s esports business. NIP currently fields teams competing in Counter‑Strike, League of Legends, Apex Legends, Rocket League, and several other titles.

NIP has been on a broader growth path following its public listing on NASDAQ in July 2024, with expansions into publishing, event production, and creative services.
