Nintendo of America is pursuing $45 million in damages from a Reddit user for alleged copyright violations. The company claims that the individual repeatedly posted copyrighted Nintendo content without permission, infringing on its intellectual property rights.

In court filings, Nintendo asserts that these unauthorized posts have caused significant harm to its brand and revenue. The sought compensation is meant to cover both statutory damages and legal costs associated with the infringement case.
