The RLCS Raleigh Major has wrapped, and the numbers are in — showing a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to viewership. While peak numbers dipped compared to last year, the event still managed to pull off a healthy boost in average viewers, keeping the momentum alive for Rocket League esports.

According to Esports Charts, the Raleigh Major hit a peak of 217,444 viewers, which marks a 31% drop from the 2024 London Major’s 316,994. On paper, that’s a pretty steep decline, especially for a marquee international event.

However, the story isn’t all doom and gloom. Average viewership actually increased by 25%, landing at 123,471 over the course of the three-day tournament.

The most-watched match came during day two of playoffs when Dignitas battled Team Vitality for a Grand Final slot. That game topped the charts, with the Grand Final between Dignitas and Team Falcons coming in a close second at 203,735 viewers.

While the Raleigh Major didn’t break records, it showed there’s still a solid audience tuning in — especially when North American favorites are on the field.
