Call of Duty fans won’t have to wait until Champs for the next dose of high-level action. Toronto Ultra and AMD are teaming up to host the AMD Overclocked Black Ops 6 tournament, set to take place June 20–21, just before the CDL Championship Weekend kicks off.
With a $10,000 prize pool and a mix of pro and amateur talent, the event is shaping up to be the perfect warm-up before the season’s grand finale.
This 16-team event will feature three CDL franchises — Minnesota Rokkr, Las Vegas Falcons, and Los Angeles Guerrillas M8 — who narrowly missed out on qualifying for Champs.
They’ll face off against 13 Challengers teams, giving rising talent a rare shot at testing their skills against top-tier opposition in a LAN-style showdown.
While we don’t yet know which Challengers teams will take the stage, fans can expect some hungry rosters eager to make a name for themselves ahead of one of the biggest weekends in Call of Duty.
