A new UK-based game development studio called Panic Stations has been founded by a group of industry veterans best known for working on Fall Guys.
The team is focused on creating fresh, physics-based multiplayer co-op games with a sense of humor and weekly fun rather than purely competitive gameplay.

Among the founding members are key creative leads from Fall Guys: the concept artist and composer responsible for much of the original team’s visual identity; the design director behind the smash-hit gameplay; and a community and social lead who helped build Fall Guys’ viral presence.
Their first project is yet to be formally revealed, but the studio promises big personality and quick iterations.
The formation of Panic Stations is part of a broader trend: developers of past hit titles exiting large publishers or studios to form smaller, agile teams that target jitter-free fun rather than blockbuster budgets.
In this sense, the new studio may shine a light on the next wave of multiplayer innovation outside the major esports-centric arena.
