s1mple’s Monthly Salary Is Reportedly $130K — A New CS2 Benchmark

Whether that salary will be sustainable remains to be seen — but for now, it’s a strong statement in the world of esports contracts. Image source: Web

According to a report by Players, Ukrainian esports legend Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev now earns $130,000 per month at his new organization, BC.Game, making him one of the highest-paid professional players in Counter‑Strike 2.

Sources believe his transfer from NAVI came with a buyout fee of $500,000, and that his contract with BC.Game runs through late 2025. This lucrative deal reportedly surpasses the salary of Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut, who is said to make around $100,000 monthly.

This figure sets a new ceiling for top-tier CS2 salaries, signaling how organizations are willing to invest heavily in elite talent.

The contract’s duration suggests BC.Game is taking a “prove it” approach — they’re likely testing both s1mple’s performance and the marketing value he brings before committing longer-term.

For context, s1mple’s move to BC.Game is part of his departure from NAVI after years as the face of the organization.
