Team Falcons, the Saudi esports powerhouse, has once again clinched the Club Championship title at the Esports World Cup, taking home a cool $7 million for their performance—this from a massive $27 million total prize pool allocated to the top 16 clubs.
In the 2025 EWC held in Riyadh, over 2,000 players from 100+ countries competed across 25 disciplines.

Falcons secured a win in Overwatch 2, as well as second-place finishes in Dota 2 and Chess, accumulating approximately 4,900–5,200 club points. This was enough to outpace formidable rivals like Team Liquid and Team Vitality by a substantial margin.
Team Falcons finished the competition with ~5,200 club points, distancing themselves significantly from the rest of the field. By comparison, Team Liquid and Vitality were around the 3,000–3,500 point mark, based on event breakdowns and placements.
Falcons’ victory showcases the rising importance of multi-discipline consistency in today’s esports ecosystem. It’s no longer enough to excel in one game — you need breadth, depth, and strategic execution across titles to claim real value.
