Call of Duty Mobile is going full mech mode! Activision has officially confirmed a brand-new crossover with the legendary Gundam franchise, and it’s set to launch in Season 6, kicking off June 29, 2025.

The collab was first teased on June 20 via a YouTube trailer, and ever since, fans have been buzzing over what this futuristic fusion could bring to the battlefield.

The first teaser didn’t spill too much, but the description confirmed the event would land during Season 6. Shortly after, the official CODM Reddit account chimed in with even more hype:

We are thrilled to reveal that Gundam x CODM is coming in Season 6! More details are on the way over the weekend and throughout next week as we get closer to the new season

Then on June 23, a second short video dropped on X. While it didn’t show anything new visually, a reply from the CODM account confirmed what fans were hoping to hear — the event officially drops on July 2.

So far, no details have been revealed about what exactly the Gundam content will include, but based on past CODM crossovers — like Ghost in the Shell, Attack on Titan, and Godzilla vs. Kong — fans can probably expect themed operator skins, weapon blueprints, and maybe even a limited-time game mode or UI overhaul.
